- We recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number for prompt assistance.
Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued in the case of damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced.
- If eligible for a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited.
- If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
- If the product was lost in transit and the delivery remained incomplete.
Tickle My Pickle has the right to cancel any order. We may also require further information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order is cancelled, after your Debit/Credit card has been charged. You’ll receive your refund within 5-7 working days.
